  • All CSIF Members renting equipment are personally liable for any and all equipment costs (loss or damage) incurred.
  • Equipment rentals shall be picked up and dropped off by the member who booked the equipment. Where pick up by the member is not possible, exceptions need to be communicated to Production staff in advance and approved.
  • All CSIF Members renting equipment are still personally liable for any and all replacement costs, and additional day rate charges regardless should equipment be picked up by a third party, including equipment not returned in a timely manner.
