We watch a movie and then discuss its history and cultural relevance. You do not need to have attended the other sessions to sign up.

This is part of our series International Flavour, where we select films from all over the world to watch, enjoy, and analyze. Subtitled Children Are the Future we will watch a film from early 2000s Brazil and then discuss how that country came into its own with its filmmaking identity. Plus how mixing fiction and non-fiction styles works to affect the viewer.
